KorpusTech makes AI tools for people who need real work done and cannot afford to be surprised by how it was done — professionals with confidential files, teams building software that has to last, and parents choosing what their children learn with after school.
Why the harness matters more than the model
Give the same AI model to two teams. One ends up with a tool that works through a complicated job for an hour and hands over a finished result. The other ends up with a chatbot that forgets what it was told and makes things up. The difference is everything built around the model: what it may do, what it can see, how its work is checked, and what happens when it gets something wrong.
That surrounding structure is where we spend our effort. Each of our products puts the model inside one that keeps people in charge — of their files, their decisions, and their definition of done.
How we work
- Measure, do not predict. When a claim can be checked, we check it — by running the product the way a person would, not only by running its tests.
- Unknown is not zero. A cost nobody measured, a check that could not run, a figure no source gave: we say so, rather than letting a default stand in for a fact.
- Refuse rather than fail silently. A tool that cannot do something says so and says why. Quiet failure is the most expensive kind.
- Publish the limits. Every product page says what is not proven yet. If a description leaves out the awkward parts, you cannot trust the rest of it.

Who we are
KorpusTech is a small, independent studio founded by Mosharraf Hossain. Karkhana, its first product, is working and shown by demo on request; SpecForge and Lumio — a learning companion for after school, never a substitute for it — are in development. We would rather ship less and have all of it hold up.
Everything here is documented so that someone else can pick it up — which is why we work with partners at every depth, from a first demo of Karkhana to companies that want to build one of our products into their own offering, or take it further.
