Karkhana
A desktop AI agent that works on local files with the user's choice of model, asking before anything consequential. Windows installer.
SpecForge
Plans software properly before an AI coding agent builds it — domain, architecture, specification — and maps existing codebases for the same work.
Lumio
An after-school AI learning companion for children aged 3 to 10, with AI-generated lessons — plans, images and audio — built on child development research.
Where they fit
Three markets, one idea
Private AI for professional work. Lawyers, accountants and other professionals hold client files they cannot hand to just anyone. Karkhana runs on the user's own computer, with no server of ours behind it, and enforces its safety limits in code rather than in the AI's instructions. It works with any of nine AI providers — which then see the parts of files the agent reads — or with a model running on the same computer, when nothing leaves it at all.
Engineering discipline for AI coding. Teams adopting AI coding agents get working demos and brittle systems. SpecForge puts design and independent review in front of the agent, with a person approving each step.
AI in early education. Lumio is built on what child development research says works — guidance, exploration and play, with no scores or leaderboards — rather than on engagement mechanics.
